SuperNova ✨
My name is Nova and I am the mother of three wonderful children, each of whom deserves their own podcast. There's Aida, the confident and strong-willed teenager. Then we have River, the philosophical, smart boy on the autism spectrum and ADHD, not yet a teenager. And finally we have Skye, the wild, disheveled late bloomer with ADHD. Yes, our everyday life is no walk in the park for my husband Thoren and me, but thanks to this special feature, we are one of those people who can say of themselves: “Life is a wild ride, and our little horses are more like a whole team of thoroughbreds that know no stopping.”
“Buckle up, helmet on and off you go.”

From School Meetings and Measles Quarantine
In this episode too, Nova struggles with the challenges of everyday life. As she prepares for an important talk with River's teacher and remedial teacher, an unexpected measles quarantine in the neighborhood throws her careful plans off course. After a hectic rescheduling of the children, she finally finds herself at the talk at the school. Events come to a head when River's cell phone collides with the janitor and Nova suddenly has to improvise. Despite all the complications, she manages to get through the day and in the end the family rewards themselves with a well-deserved kebab.
